Yes, it's true. Friday 12 January is opening night for our 2024 panto "Once Upon A Time" What's that you say? You don't recognise that title? Well, you're in for a treat as it goes something like this:
Cinderella and Snow White have come together to celebrate the forthcoming wedding of their children, Princess Talullah and Prince Marvellous. If the wedding goes ahead as planned, then, due to an ancient prophecy, evil will be banished from Pantoland forever. The wicked witch, Perfidia, sets out to stop the wedding by transporting the Princess, and her two assistants, Flash and Bang, to the far reaches of Pantoland never to be seen again… hopefully. BUT Prince Marvellous and his friend Jack, along with the cook, Gertie, set off to save the princess to ensure that they get their happily ever after. Along their way they meet various characters from well known fairy tales who help, or hinder, their quest!
