Auditions for “Immaculate", Wednesday 2nd July, 7.30pm, Shottermill Club
Our October production is “Immaculate" by Oliver Langley.
You're young, free and single and haven't had sex for the last eleven and a half months. Not only are you pregnant, but to make matters worse the Angel Gabriel and Lucifer turn up on your doorstep claiming parentage...
Oliver Lansley's play “Immaculate" is a laugh-out-loud comic variation on the virgin birth in which a young woman finds her life spiralling into confusion when she wakes up one morning, unaccountably pregnant.

The characters are below and audition pieces are attached. It would be helpful (but not essential) to know in advance who you would like to audition for. Please email Sally Waghorn sallywag1@hotmail.com to confirm.
The characters are:
Mia - Dominatrix 25-35 (ish). Pregnant but no idea how.
Rachel - Mia's friend (were at school together so needs to be same age)
Gary - geeky old school friend (same age as Mia and Rachel)
Michael- Mia's ex boyfriend (could be a bit older than the other three)
Gabriel - THE angel of God (any age / gender considered)
Lucifer - The devil (any age / gender considered)
Chorus - formed by all characters (except Mia) speaking in unison.
