Meet our "Immaculate" cast 6

ree

We asked our cast three questions:

  1. Who is your character?

  2. What's your favourite line (try to find a clean(ish) one!)

  3. Why should people come and see this play?

It's the turn today of Richard Weller:

  1. I am the Archangel Gabriel. Not Angel, ARCHANGEL. The distinction is very important

  1. "I think you're confusing him with Father Christmas." (All my lines are clean. After all, there are ladies present.)

  2. Did you see Nell Gwynn? Do you remember who played the titular role? A certain Naomi Robertson. Well, she's front and centre in this too and every bit as marvellous as she was then. And the rest of the cast ain't half bad either (I flatter myself). Did I mention that the Director is Ruth Ahmed? One of the most thoughtful and creative people you could ever wish to work with. A real honour to be amongst such a talented bunch.

Now that must have persuaded you not to miss this. Immaculate will be at Haslemere Hall on Thursday 9, Friday 10 and Saturday 11 October. Tickets are available now from the Hall Box Office on 01428 642161 or click here: https://www.haslemerehall.co.uk/sales/genres/theatre/immaculate
